Description[]
By casting this spell, the wizard makes the creature touched undetectable by divination magics such as Clairvoyance and the Detect spells. It also prevents spells that reveal hidden or invisible creatures, such as Invisibility Purge, from working on the target.
Notes[]
- Unlike in the Baldur's Gate series, Divination spells are not used by any enemy in Icewind Dale. So casting this spell doesn't have any significant consequences.
Bugs[]
- This spell's name is written without a hyphen in the original Icewind Dale, while its description already does use the hyphen. This wasn't fixed until the Enhanced Edition.
